Refund Policy

Subscription charges
Steps subscriptions provide immediate access to paid digital features. Except where required by law, subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins.
Cancellation
Canceling stops future renewal charges. Cancellation does not normally refund the current billing period. Paid access generally continues through the end of the period already paid for.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged more than once, charged after a valid cancellation, or charged an incorrect amount. Verified billing errors will be corrected.
Service failure
We may issue a full or partial refund or account credit when a significant technical failure prevents meaningful use of paid features. Eligibility is determined based on the circumstances, usage, and applicable law.
How to request a refund
Email rolando@weloveourhomes.com within 14 days of the charge. Include your account email, charge date, amount, and reason for the request. Do not send complete payment-card information.
Processing time
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe, the card network, and your financial institution.
Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights provided by applicable law.
