Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Automatic renewal
Steps Pro is a recurring subscription. Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year unless canceled before the next renewal date.
Before purchase, Steps will display the price, billing interval, included features, usage limits, and any applicable trial or introductory terms.
Authorization
By subscribing, you authorize Steps and Stripe to charge the selected payment method at the displayed recurring interval until you cancel.
Plan limits
Each plan may include limits on guide generation, image generation, storage, saved guides, exports, publishing, or other features. Limits are disclosed on the pricing or checkout screen.
Unused usage allowances do not roll over unless Steps expressly says otherwise.
Price changes
We may change pricing for a future renewal period. We will provide reasonable advance notice when required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price, unless you cancel first.
How to cancel
Subscribers may cancel through the billing portal available from their Steps account. Cancellation may also be requested by emailing rolando@weloveourhomes.com from the account email address.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Access ordinarily remains active until the end of the already-paid billing period.
Failed payments
When a payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment. Paid features may be limited or suspended while a subscription is past due, unpaid, incomplete, canceled, or otherwise inactive.
Trials and promotions
Trial and promotional terms will be disclosed before enrollment. Unless canceled before a disclosed trial ends, a trial may convert to a paid recurring subscription.
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Steps Refund Policy and applicable law.
