These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Steps, a service operated by WeLoveOurHomes.com, LLC. By accessing Steps, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. Anyone using Steps on behalf of a company represents that they are authorized to bind that company.

Steps uses artificial intelligence and software tools to turn user prompts, URLs, documents, and other source material into visual, narrated, or written instructional guides.

Generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular situation. Steps does not guarantee that any generated guide is correct, complete, safe, or suitable.

Steps is an educational tool and is not a substitute for professional judgment, licensed services, manufacturer instructions, building codes, safety regulations, medical advice, legal advice, or other specialized advice.

Before acting, verify the guide against reliable sources and obtain qualified professional help when a task involves health, electrical, gas, structural, fire, vehicle, legal, financial, or other significant risk.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity occurring through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend accounts associated with fraud, abuse, security risks, policy violations, or unlawful conduct.

You may not use Steps to:

• violate any law or the rights of another person;
• create or distribute dangerous, fraudulent, or abusive content;
• infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other rights;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• interfere with or overload the service;
• circumvent usage limits, subscriptions, or security controls;
• use automated scraping or extraction without permission.

You retain the rights you have in prompts, documents, URLs, text, images, and other materials you submit. You grant us permission to process that content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Steps.

You are responsible for having the legal right to submit and use your content. Do not upload confidential, regulated, copyrighted, or personal information unless you are authorized to do so.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use guides generated for you. Similar or identical content may be generated for other users.

Public links are accessible to anyone who receives the link. Do not publish confidential or sensitive information through a public guide.

Paid plans renew automatically at the displayed billing interval until canceled. Prices, included features, and usage limits are shown before purchase and may be updated for future billing periods with appropriate notice.

Payment processing is provided by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Additional terms are described in our Subscription & Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.

We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that stored content will always remain available. Maintain your own copy of important information.

Steps is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeLoveOurHomes.com, LLC and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, business, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of Steps.

Our aggregate liability relating to Steps will not exceed the amount you paid to Steps during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you have not paid for Steps.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeLoveOurHomes.com, LLC from claims arising from your content, misuse of Steps, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person’s rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service, by email, or by updating the effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
